How does the review platform work?
Once content is uploaded, the project manager invites reviewers to get access to the documents and approve the artwork.

The platform allows authorized users spread across different locations to exchange, review and mark-up images without waiting for hard copies to arrive or be produced.

How can I use Uptogo as an file transfer tool (FTP)?
Uptogo has a dedicated sharing box where you will be able to share files with anyone authorized. Instead of using your email and send your large files to a large group of people, use the uptogo box to store a large size document and make this file public so it can be downloaded by authorized users.

To increase security, a password can be required for access.

Is there any file transfer size limit?
No, as long as you have enough space on your uptogo account, you will be able to transfer gigabits of documents documents.

Do my reviewers need to have an Uptogo account to get access to the feedback platform?
No, you just need to invite your reviewers from your uptogo account so they can access the feedback platform. The “Professional” uptogo account allows an unlimited numbers of users.

What kind of content can be reviewed?
For these files, you will be able to annotate and mark-up comments directly on the visuals.
-Images (JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, TIFF)

For these files, you will drop your annotation on a dedicated dialogue box.
- Microsoft Word™ (DOC) documents and Microsoft PowerPoint™ (PPT and PPT) presentations.

The following file formats are currently available on a limited trial basis.

Is my information secure?
Uptogo utilizes some of the most advanced technology for Internet security available today. When you access our site using Netscape Navigator 6.0 or Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 5.5 or higher, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology protects your information using both server authentication and data encryption, ensuring that your data is safe, secure, and available only to registered Users in your organization.

Uptogo provides each User in your project with a unique user name and password that must be entered each time a User logs on.

We take the security of your account very seriously, and in addition to actively monitoring all the systems ourselves, we also contract with independent security experts to do periodic audits of Uptogo systems.
